COMPUTER CLASSES
Registration fee: $30 for 8-week course in-person
Manos offers 8-week computer courses for individuals with little to no prior computer experience. Classes meet twice a week for 2 hours. Online and In-Person morning classes (9:30 am - 11:30 am) and evening classes (7:00 pm - 9:00 pm) are available.
Classes are bilingual (English/Spanish) when bilingual instructors are available. Course topics include computer basics, word processing, Internet navigation, e-mail, and the use of spreadsheets.

ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL)
Registration fee: $60 per course
Manos holds ESL classes during the academic year for 16-week semesters. During the academic year, 5 levels of English are offered.
- Online morning classes (9:30 am - 11:30 am) and evening classes (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm)
- In-person morning classes (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) and evening classes (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm)
Academic year classes meet twice weekly. During the summer, 3 levels are offered for an intensive schedule of 4 days a week for 3 hours each class. Individual and small-group tutoring sessions are available; please contact us for more information. In ESL classes, students 18 years of age and up learn practical life skills in English.

CITIZENSHIP CLASSES
Registration fee: $60 per course
Manos offers classes throughout the year for eligible legal permanent residents. Students learn about U.S. history, government, culture and holidays to prepare for the interview they must pass to become citizens. Students must have intermediate reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English. Morning (9:00 am - 12:00 pm) and evening (6:00 pm - 9:00 pm) classes are available.

Please bring the following to your registration appointment:
Registration is held at Manos de Cristo (4911 Harmon Avenue, Austin, TX 78751). Please use the entrance marked Student Entrance.
- Picture ID
- Proof of Current Address (can be one of the following):
- Driver’s license or government-issued ID card (that includes current address)
- Automobile registration
- Lease agreement
- Utility bill
- Statement from landlord that includes address
- We require at least 2 doses of any COVID vaccine to take an in-person class. Please bring COVID vaccine card for proof.
Manos de Cristo offers childcare for children ages 2 - 5, however currently childcare services are still suspended at this time. Manos de Cristo also offers bus pass assistance for students, and scholarships for students unable to pay the registration fee.
